Lawrence A. "Larry" Brundige, age 61 a longtime resident of Lowell, passed away peacefully at High Pointe House in Haverhill, on Saturday, October 11, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Cheryl Lee (McPhee) Brundige with whom he enjoyed 28 years of marriage.
He was born in Boston on May 10, 1964, and was the son of Arthur Henry and Marian Francis (Ahern) Brundige.
Lawrence was raised in West Roxbury, MA where he graduated from Madison Park High School in Roxbury, MA. He was employed by Pride Star Trinity EMS for 33 years. He enjoyed classic cars, cooking and he enjoyed his grandchildren. He was also known for his quick wit and humor.
In addition to his loving wife. Larry is survived by his daughter Carolyn Scanlon and her husband Joseph Scanlon of Merrimack, NH and three granddaughters Charlotte Scanlon, Eleanor Scanlon and Penelope Scanlon of Merrimack, NH. His sister Joyce Herndon and her husband Bayard Herndon of Seabrook, NH and brothers Arthur Brundige Jr of Plant City, Fl, David Brundige and his wife Josie Brundige of Jacksonville, FL and Christopher Brundige and his wife Anne Brundige of Mansfield, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, from 4 pm to 7 pm at DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Ave., DRACUT. His Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 11 am in the Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Gibson Cemetery, Pelham NH.
Memorial donations may be made in Larry's memory to a charity of your choice.
