Lawrence John "Larry" Coppock

Lawrence John Coppock, known affectionately to his friends and family as Larry, took his final curtain call on December 15, 2025, leaving behind a lifetime of laughter and memories. Born on January 18, 1945, in Chester, PA, Larry's early days were filled with the kind of mischief that would set the stage for a man who lived to make others smile.
Larry's journey was as colorful as his personality. After serving his country as a Navy Veteran, he brought the same dedication and commitment to every aspect of his life, especially his marriage. He and his beloved wife, Barbara, were a dynamic duo, often mistaken for a comedy act because of the joy and humor they shared with everyone they met.
Larry never met a stranger; to him, they were just friends waiting to be made.
Larry leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter that will be carried on by those who knew him. His wife, Barbara, was the love of his life and his partner in crime in all things joyous. Together, they created a home that was a haven of happiness and a beacon of kindness. Larry's absence will be felt deeply, but the echoes of his laughter will continue to warm the hearts of those he touched.
So, as we say goodbye to Larry, let's do so with a smile on our faces. He wouldn't have wanted it any other way. To be mourned would be a disservice to a man who lived to bring joy. Instead, let's honor his memory by living as he did – with open arms, a kind heart, and always ready with a joke to lighten the load.
Larry leaves to cherish his beloved wife, Barbara, along with a host of family and friends who will carry his legacy of love and laughter forward.
Services will be privately held. Larry will be laid to rest in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Bear, Delaware.
