Lawrence Davis Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Dery Funeral Home on Jul. 3, 2025.
Lawrence "Scott" Davis, 50, of Pittsfield, passed away March 10, 2025 at Berkshire Medical Center.
Born in Pittsfield on October 15, 1974, he was the son of Lawrence R. Davis and Helen M. Kirk Davis.
He was a graduate of Pittsfield High School, class of 1992, and attended both Berkshire Community College and UMass Amherst. He worked for over 30 years at Market 32/Price Chopper, having worked in many of their locations, most recently at the Pittsfield store as the customer service team lead. The people he worked with throughout his duration there weren't just his coworkers, they were family.
Scott adored his Goddaughter, Alana. He loved his weekly breakfasts with his dad, casino trips with his mom, holiday gatherings at the Halpins, cheering on all of his New England sports teams, traveling to Las Vegas and of course, going to Dave Matthews Band concerts with his buddies.
Scott was loved by all who knew him. His kindness, laughter and heart of gold will be missed by everyone.
Scott is survived by his mother Helen Davis of Pittsfield; his father Lawrence Davis and wife Pamela of Adams; sister, Jennifer Halpin and husband John and their 2 children, Alana of Easthampton and Conor of East Providence, RI; step-sister, Jennifer Maxwell and husband Marshall and their 2 children of Cheshire; step-brother William Lillie and wife Tonya and their 3 children.
