Lawrence Lodrigue Obituary
Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Falgout Funeral Home in Houma on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, beginning at 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday, June 22, 2023, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with burial following in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
Lawrence is survived by his wife of 51 years, Eva Crepel Lodrigue; daughters, Dawn Lodrigue, Denise Serpas and husband, Patrick, and Samantha Hamilton and husband, Matthew; brothers, Anthony Lodrigue and wife, Evelina, and Jimmie Lodrigue and wife, Wendy; sister, Mary Gregoire and husband, Easton; 10 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
Lawrence was preceded in death by his son, Richard Lodrigue; parents, Anthony J. and Bessie Lacouban Lodrigue; brother, Henry Lodrigue; sisters, Effie McVay, Gloria Crappel, Bessie Mae Welch, and Florence Defelice.
Lawrence was a loving father and grandfather. He enjoyed listening to his swamp pop music, watching football, and boiling seafood.
