Bob was born on Tuesday, November 3, 1981 in Loveland, Colorado the son of Jeffrey Dean Norris and Deborah Jean Hoeck.
Bob is survived by his loving wife, Laura Velasquez-Norris.
A memorial to the Gorman Funeral Homes, P.O. Box 816, Wheatland, Wyoming 82201 to help with the funeral costs would be appreciated by the family.
A celebration of life for Bob, will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, November 3, 2025 at the Platte Valley Bank Conference Center in Wheatland, Wyoming.
