I have so many memories of "Pa Watts". From spending everyday after high school hanging out with Pam, to him welcoming me and my kids into his home when Pam came back to town for visits. I could always count on him to enjoy my chocolate chip cookies. He was always a warm and comforting presence. My condolences to the whole family.

To Larry Watts family. I worked with Larry at New Hope for many years. He was a warm, engaging and fun person to work with, to talk with about camping trips, tennis, family activities and other fun activities. He was universally respected and could be trusted to be fair, honest and most important, helpful with any issue you approached him about. My sympathies to your family. I know he will be missed by all but will be alive in your memories of him.

Dear Bruce and Pam: I knew your father during my employment with the City of New Hope. He was so proud of you both and his and Karen´s cherished grandchildren. He regularly joined a group of fellow former employees of the City for lunch and shared his unique sense of humor with us . He was genuinely one of the good guys!

Larry was my boss at New Hope until I left moved on in 1998, after that, he was a cherished friend, member of our group that met for dinners and lunches for 20+ years. He was incredibly proud of his kids, grandkids, and he missed Karen dearly . He will be missed and remembered fondly. Prayers and hugs to family, so sorry. Cheryl Joens
The picture was prior to 1998, not sure, Gail had come across recently and shared

Larry was indeed one of the greatest persons I have ever met. I worked with him at the City of New Hope. He had the best sense of humor and was always fun to be around. I would also run into him at Lake Harriet biking with his wife.

I remember Larry as one of the finest human beings that I had the honor of knowing I feel a sense of loss
