Lee Roy Buchanan

Lee Roy Buchanan (51) left this world on October 6, 2022. Because of his faith in the Lord, he was ushered into Heaven and into the loving arms of Jesus. He was born on February 23, 1971, in Albuquerque, NM, to Sandra and William (Bill) Buchanan. He graduated from Del Norte High School in 1989 and attended NMSU Las Cruces, where he became a member of Phi Kappa Tau fraternity. He was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Leah Grace Buchanan. He is survived by his daughter Leela Ann Buchanan; parents Sandra and Bill Buchanan; sister Renee Buchanan Cockrell and husband Phil; niece and nephew Miriam and Bill Cockrell; and several aunts and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 15th, 11:00 a.m. at Northdale Baptist Church, 123 Osuna Rd. NW, Albuquerque, NM.
