Lee Eberling Obituary
On April 27, 1962, Lee Allan was united in marriage with Eva Jane Jordahl at Washington Prairie Lutheran Church in Decorah, Iowa. Six children were born to this union. Lee Allan was a lifelong Farmer, a Dairy Tester and also worked for Cam Car. He was member of 4H, FFA and Dairy Farmers. He loved spending time with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He especially enjoyed watching them play sports and helping them with FFA and 4-H.
Surviving Lee Allan are five of his children, Lori (David) Schoenfeldt of Mc Gregor, Iowa, Jeffrey Eberling of Litchfield, Minnesota, Daniel Eberling of Guffey, Colorado, Lynette (John Schnitzler) Eberling of Mount Hope, Wisconsin, and David (Stephanie) Eberling of Peosta, Iowa; daughter-in-law, Deb (Keith) Hanson of Luana, Iowa; special friend, Donna Knoke of Decorah, Iowa; eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Shirley Eberling of Postville, Iowa and brother-in-law, Wayne (Nancy) Jordahl of Decorah, Iowa.
Preceding Lee Allan in death was his wife, Eva Jane Eberling; son, Scott Eberling; parents Walter and Edna Eberling; parents-in-law, Joseph and Ellen Jordahl; brother, Karlton Eberling and daughter-in-law, Cami Jantz.
A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Postville, Iowa. There will also be a one hour visitation before services at the church on Thursday.
Funeral Service will be at 10:30 am on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Postville, Iowa with Rev. Lynn Noel and Pastor Lyle Ewing as the officiants.
Inurnment will follow at the Postville Cemetery in Postville, Iowa.
