Lee Thomas Hoehne, of Kitty Hawk, NC, born on December 15, 1943, in Milwaukee, WI, peacefully passed away on July 5, 2023, in Nags Head, NC. He was 79 years old.
Lee dedicated a significant portion of his life to working as a machine operator in the tobacco industry. His commitment and skill were greatly appreciated by those he worked with. Outside of his professional life, Lee found solace and joy in his favorite pastime as an avid fisherman.
Lee was preceded in death by his parents, Grace Carpenter Hoehne and Robert Hoehne. He is survived by his loving wife, Loismary Agrella Hoehne. His memory will also be cherished by his son, Lee Scott Hoehne, stepdaughter Kathryn Douglas, and step-grandchildren Jeremy Vidito, Leigh Carroll Delaney, Lloyd "Charlie" Journigan, Mary-Catherine Cox, and Morgan Douglas.
Services to honor and celebrate Lee's life will be held at a later date. During this time, family and friends will gather to remember the cherished moments they shared with him and find comfort in each other's presence.
Lee Thomas Hoehne will be remembered for his dedication to his work, his passion for fishing, and the love he shared with his family. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
