Lee Otis Wall of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2025, at the age of 78.

He was born on September 3, 1947. His parents were Toby and Millie Wall.

Lee was raised in Lawton, Oklahoma, and graduated from Lawton High School. He attended Cameron University, graduating in 1972. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in September, 1967, and served his country well in Vietnam. He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross for his heroism and "exceptional and valorous actions."

Lee married his wife, Scotty Allen Wall, on April 12, 1970. They had one daughter, Lizabeth Raegan Wall-Carter.

He was in the banking industry for a number of years in Lawton. Later, he worked for the Department of Housing and Urban Development in Oklahoma City until he retired in 2012.

Lee was a strong man of faith and attended First Baptist Church in Lawton, OK. He supported many charities and causes, especially those focused on youth, military, animals, and special needs of family and friends. He had many lifelong friends beginning in grade school through his years at HUD.

He was humble, original, funny, but above all, he had a generous spirit. Though he had been faced with many challenges in his life, he remained extremely thoughtful and kind, always looking for ways to help others.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Scotty Wall; infant son, Christopher Wall; daughter, Raegan Wall-Carter; parents, Toby and Millie Wall.

There will be visitation at the Mercer-Adams Funeral Home in Bethany, Oklahoma on Tuesday, September 23 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with family present from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, September 24 at 10:00 a.m. at the Mercer-Adams Funeral Home Chapel followed by a Military Service at the Ft.
