Leitha Marie Bundrick, 46, of Newberry, passed away on October 28, 2025, at Lexington Medical Center.
Born in Greenwood, SC, she was the daughter of Donald Bundrick and Glenda Wood Bundrick. Leitha was a dedicated registered nurse for Centerwell Homehealth, where she devoted her life to caring for others with compassion and kindness. She was a loving mother to her two sons, JJ and Maddox, who were the center of her world. Her selflessness was evident in her daily life, often giving of herself and her time without seeking recognition. Leitha volunteered at Percy's Angelic Cat Rescue and dedicated her time to feeding feral cats, embodying her generous spirit in all that she did. 
Along with her parents, Leitha is survived by sons, Joshua "JJ" Finlay and Maddox Isaias Finlay; fiancé, Shane Smith; sister, Michelle Bundrick Bodie (James); brother, Kevin Lee Bundrick (Taryl); step mother, Cindy Bundrick; aunt, Dale Bundrick; nieces, Hanna Moore, Isabella Dorn, Savannah Dorn and Cassie Sansbury; nephew, Bryan Sansbury (Kara); great niece, Fionna Kelly; and numerous other family members. She is also survived by her work family at Centerwell Homehealth.
She was preceded in death by grandparents, George and Nelle Moore Wood and Thurmond and Jean Moore Bundrick; and an uncle, Larry Dale Wood.
A funeral service will be held at Greenwood Memorial Gardens chapel mausoleum on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Burial will take place following the service.
