Mr. Siler was born on January 20, 1961 in Baltimore, MD, and was a son of the late Lelan and Frances (Younkins) Siler, Sr.
Lelan attended Virginia Polytechnic and State University. He worked as a Waste Water Operator Specialist for the Town of Elkton. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed spending time in nature taking walks and hiking. Lelan loved life and lived it to its fullest. He was a fan of 80's music, especially the Hair Bands, SkidRow and Twisted Sister.
He is survived by his children, Hailey Siler and fiancé, Jack Frost and Cody Stogdale; siblings, Gary Siler, Ronald Siler, Michael Siler, and Sharon Siler; grandchildren, Hadleigh and Ayden; the mother of his children, Sandy Siler; numerous cousins and many special childhood friends.
Services will be held privately and at a later date.
Following his wishes, the family requests that family and friends extend an act of kindness or a good deed to one another.
