Leo Thomas Kehoe, age 82, of Clearwater, FL, and Woodloch Springs, Hawley, PA, died Friday, May 23, 2025, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley, Wilkes Barre. He is survived by his beloved wife, Ann Fitzpatrick Kehoe.
Born June 8, 1942, in Cassagh, Kilkenny, Ireland, he was one of eleven children born to the late Myles and Bridget (Carpenter) Kehoe. Formerly of Queens, NY, he was a New York City firefighter until his retirement.
Leo attended BVM Queen of Peace Church in Hawley. An avid golfer, Leo was an active member of the Woodloch Golf Club.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter: Sandy Sheehan of Bayville, NY; two sons: Leo Thomas Kehoe Jr. of Bayside, NY, and Sean Kehoe of Split Rock, PA; five grandchildren: Caitlin, Tommy, Katie, Caroline and Cole; three great grandchildren: Cordelia, Tripp and Cillian; two sisters: Gemma Lynch of Calgary, Canada and Nano Braid of Victoria, BC, Canada; and two brothers: Dan Kehoe of Manhattan, NY, and Vincent Kehoe of East Durham, NY.
Leo was preceded in death by three sisters: Jennie, Elsie and Delia; and three brothers: Myles, James and Patrick.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
