Survivors include his wife Reba Ricks Holmes of Jefferson; son, Eric Holmes of Flowery Branch, step-son, Jamie Westbrooks, of Banks County, GA; grandson, Darren Eric Holmes and his wife Tiffany of Murryville, GA, granddaughters, Kaylee Holmes of Flowery Branch and Catherine Westbrooks of Banks County, GA; grandson, Matt Williams of Flowery Branch, GA; great grandchildren, Brantley Holmes, Cason Holmes and Abby Holmes also survive.
The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home. The burial will follow in the Woodbine Cemetery in Jefferson, Georgia.
The visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025 from 1:00 Pm until 2:00 PM at Evans Funeral Home, prior to the service.
Flowers are optional, and memorial gifts may be made to the charity of one's choice in memory of Leon Holmes.
