Leonard was a sweet, caring man, a very hard worker, and a positive influence on the world. He was a friend to my whole family and looked out for me as a second dad. In 2020, my late husband and I were very ill with high fevers and he drove across town to bring us some ice. I'll never forget how concerned he was and what it meant to know he cared. It was always a pleasure to talk to Leonard and to hear him laugh. I've missed seeing him and I'm so very sorry that he's gone from this earth. I wish his family the best and hope they find some comfort in happy memories. He was a man of strong faith and I'm very glad there's no longer any suffering for him. May he be reunited with his loved ones in heaven. I'll never forget Leonard. Love, Jennifer

This beautiful Coral tree was planted from a cutting that Leonard helped us with when we moved from Orange Park in June 2008. We still have many plants that came from Leonard. We think of him looking down at it now.

Rev. Dantzler a true servant and advocate for Jacksonville and the world. A Missionary for the good of mankind. He never met a stranger and had embrace for everyone. June 2, 2012, Rev. Dantzler performed my wedding ceremony to my beloved late husband Al. Our occasional dinner with him and his beloved wife, and Joan & Aaron Turner at the Seafood Kitchen. Jacksonville lost a true Icon. You will be missed. Gerrie Ford Hardin.
