Left to cherish his memory, his wife of sixty-three years, Brenda Gail Brand Morris; children, Pam (Glenn) Reid of Carrollton, Becky (Robert) Ellington of Carrollton and David (Wendy) Morris of Bremen; brothers, Duma Morris, Marvin (Nancy) Morris, Garry (Bonnie) Morris and Carl (Jill) Morris; sister Patsy (Garry) Hendricks; grandchildren, Randy Marshall (Jessica Queen), Jessi (Justin) Davis, Courtney (David) Cole, Jaclyn (Mac) Smith, Levi (Sydney) Morris, Seth Marshall, Avery (Kayla) Eaves, Logan Morris (Molly Ewing) and Luke Morris; great grandchildren, Jazlyn Davis, Juliana Davis, Jade Davis, Nahli Morris, Brianna Cole, Elaina Cole, Evelyn Smith, Lexy Queen, Cooper Queen and Rainey Queen; and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Hightower's Funeral Home. And on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church at 1610 Pleasant Ridge Road, Carrollton.
Services will be on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 from Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church at 3:00 pm with Dr. Sam Braswell officiating.
In honor of his many years of serving in the kitchen, a fellowship meal will be held at 6:00 pm.
Randy Marshall, Seth Marshall, Avery Eaves, Levi Morris, Logan Morris, Luke Morris, Justin Davis, David Cole and Mac Smith will serve as Pallbearers.
Interment will follow immediately at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested a donation be made to the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church Wednesday Night Meals.
