Leonard O'Sullivan, 94, of Moorestown, NJ, passed away peacefully on September 16, 2025, surrounded by his family. Born in Bronx, NY, on November 25, 1930, to Mark and Kathleen O'Sullivan, Leonard was the beloved husband of Heidi O'Sullivan (née Hitchcock). He was the devoted father of Barbara O'Sullivan, Theresa O'Sullivan (Greg), Jeannie O'Sullivan (Michael Lupinacci), Justin O'Sullivan, and the late Thomas O'Sullivan. He was the proud grandfather of Anya Armstrong. Leonard was predeceased by his siblings Eileen Forde and Mark O'Sullivan and was a loving uncle to Mark and Brian O'Sullivan, who cared for him with great devotion in his later years. …uncle to Christine O'Sullivan, Mary Hall, Kathy Connolly, Kelly Forde, Maureen Simkin and Brendan Lynch. Leonard was a proud 1948 graduate of Regis High School in New York City, cherishing the lifelong bond he shared with fellow alumni. He went on to attend Fordham University and proudly served in the United States Army from 1952 to 1954 during the Korean Conflict. A brilliant mind, Leonard was the owner and actuary of O'Sullivan and Associates for forty years. Despite often being the smartest person in the room, he was humble and approachable. Strangers and friends alike were drawn to his quick wit, humor, and warmth-whether he was meeting an acquaintance at a restaurant or joking with nurses at the hospital. Faith was central to Leonard's life. He remained deeply committed to his Catholic faith, attending confession well into his 90s. He enjoyed trivia, riddles, and word games, which he continued to play during his time in assisted living. His later years were enhanced by frequent visits with his granddaughter Anya and his great nephews Rory, Kyle and Declan. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, from 8:30–10:00 AM at Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Route 130 North. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Moorestown at 10:30 AM, with interment at Lakeview Memorial Park in Cinnaminson. Leonard's Mass will be live-streamed at the following link: https://www.viewlogies.net/givnish/8FVj70QAC?pin=347050
