Leonard Stancil "Stan" Raley passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of integrity, dedication, and deep love for his family.
Stan shared 34 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Debby Raley. Their life together was marked by devotion, partnership, and enduring love. He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Iris Raley, whose values and guidance shaped the man he became and also by a brother Allen.
He is survived by his loving brother, William Raley and wife Linda; his sister, Gwen Raley; his stepdaughters Laura (Greg) Griffin, Kelly (Dave) Harmon and Lindsey (Reuben) Rottenberger. He was a proud and loving grandfather to Evan, Elijah, Eric, Ethan, Liam, and Miles, who brought him tremendous joy and pride.
Stan was a Certified Public Accountant who built a career marked by professionalism and commitment. He earned his degree from the University of South Florida and went on to complete his Master’s degree at Nova Southeastern University. His work ethic, intelligence, and steady character earned him the respect of colleagues and clients alike.
Above all, Leonard loved his family. He treasured time spent together and took great pride in the accomplishments of his children and grandchildren. He also had a deep love for biking, finding peace and freedom on the open road. He often spoke of wanting to simply ride into the sunset — and now he has taken his final ride into a sunset.
