Leonard Vaughn Obituary
He was also preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, Barb Schwartz.
Surviving is his fiance, Laura Howell; his children, Timothy (Vera) Vaughn of Paris; Robert (Dawn) Vaughn of Astoria; Jason (Brittany) Vaughn of Lewistown, Christine (Floyd) Deushane of Cuba; Misty Vaughn of Lewistown; 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Darrel Vaughn of Creve Coeur, and David Vaughn of St. David.
Leonard worked and retired from Pschirrer Asphalt Company in Canton, as an operator, after many years of service. He was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local #649 in Peoria. He served his country in the United States Army.
Per Leonard's wishes, there will be no services, cremation rites will be accorded through Sedgwick Funeral Homes & Crematory in Canton. Burial of ashes will take place in Apple Cemetery in rural Lewistown on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 2:00 PM where Military Honors will be conducted by the United States Army and the Canton VFW Post.
