Leonard Williams Obituary
Leonard Williams "Lenny", of Fort Lee, N.J. passed away on November 29th, 2022, at the age of 76. Lenny was born in Hackensack, NJ, on August 19th, 1946, the son of Leonard B. and Sophie Williams.
Lenny was a loving and devoted father to three daughters, Meredith (husband, Mark), Cheryl (husband, Kevin), and Pamela (husband, Jack); and beloved grandfather to Addison and Averie Levine, William Fear, and Jack Leonard Williams. Lenny was predeceased by his former wife Arlene Ann Meyers.
Lenny brought up his family in River Edge, NJ and could often be found in his garage, building, and restoring American muscle cars. His family loved being around Lenny when he tinkered with his cars and were occasionally treated to a cruise around the block!
Everyone knew Lenny as an extremely hard worker. He spent 30+ years working for Delta Corrugated of Palisades Park, NJ. When not working, Lenny loved watching NFL football and NASCAR races.
Lenny was a man of few words but known and loved for his kindness and extreme generosity. He is now resting peacefully and will live forever in our hearts.
The family will receive visitors on Saturday December 10 1:00 - 4:00 PM at Frank Patti Funeral Home, 327 Main Street Fort Lee, N.J. In lieu of flowers, donations to NASCAR Foundation (nascarfoundation.org) would be welcomed.
