Leonel Juanito Vicente, of Greeley, CO, passed away on March 26, 2025, in Ft. Lupton, CO. He was born on September 9, 2006, in Greeley, CO, to Julio Vicente and Rocenda Arenas.
Leonel was a bright light in the lives of everyone who knew him. He was known for his big, warm smile that could lift your spirits-whether you were having a good day or a bad one. His kind, caring, and loving heart left a lasting impression on all who crossed his path.
Leo was an old soul-someone who was always there if you needed him. He was easy to talk to, always listening with compassion and offering his infectious laugh that could make anyone smile. He brought joy and warmth wherever he went.
He loved life and embraced it fully. Whether he was outside playing basketball, riding bikes around town with friends, or going fishing, Leo found happiness in simple pleasures and always made the most of every moment. He never looked for trouble-he simply lived with love, fun, and authenticity.
Leo cherished time with his family, friends, and his girlfriend. He was a beautiful soul who will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
He is survived by his loving parents, Julio and Rocenda ; his brothers, Remijio Solis and Lee Arenas Jr.; his sisters, Alexis and Cataleya Solis; his uncles, Lee Arenas and Sherwin Arenas; his grandmother, Leasa Arguijo; his girlfriend, Desirae Sanchez; and Step-dad Remijio Solis.
Leo was preceded in death by his aunt, Marcelina Osorio, and his grandfather, Mauro Arenas.
Leonel will always be remembered as a smart, humble, kind, and caring person-an amazing human being who deeply loved his family, friends, and girlfriend. His memory will live on forever in the hearts of all who loved him.
