Born April 4th, 1934, in Moca, Puerto Rico, to Santiago and Adelina Caban. She was called to be with the lord on January 19th, 2024. She was a fiercely loving and spiritual woman who's faith guided her through the trials of Life. Her compassionate heart left a profound impact on everyone who knew her.
Leonidas resided in Western Massachusetts for the last Twenty-Seven years. She was a supportive Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. They were her world and she loved them boundless. Mom was a warrior having battled a debilitating illness for the last Ten years, which she did with admirable strength.
Leonidas is survived by her Three Sons and One Daughter: Carlos, Hiram, Eric and Olga. Grandchildren: Carlos, Jr., Nadine, Israel, Melissa, Tiffany, Angelica, Eric, Jason, and Jonathan. Great Grandchildren: Carlos, III., Neriyah, Alexis, Julian, Brooklyn, Sofia, Jason D., Samantha, John, Alyanna and Sylas.
There will be a viewing held on Friday, January 26th, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at Puerta Del Cielo® Funeral Home, 730 State Street, Springfield, MA.
