Leroy Eugene Bowser, age 85, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, September 28, 2025, after a life well lived. Mr. Bowser was born in Baltimore, Maryland on December 16, 1939. He was honorably discharged from the United States AirForce. He will be missed by his loving family and friends.
Family and friends will honor Mr. Bowser's life with a public viewing on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 4:00 until 7:00 pm.
The homegoing celebration will be held on, Friday, October 17, 2025, in the chapel at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services-East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212. The wake will begin at 10:00 am and service to follow at 10:30 am.
The burial will follow the services at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117 at 1:00 pm.
