Celebrating the Life of Lesheal Denson October 8, 1968 – July 23, 2025 To know Lesheal Denson was to know someone who loved life and lived it boldly, fully, and unapologetically. Beyond being a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, mother, and grandmother, Lesheal was a true friend, a supportive co-worker, and someone whose presence left an impression that stretched from Corpus Christi to
San Antonio, Texas. Lesheal was born on October 8, 1968, in Corpus Christi, Texas, to Sharon G. Floyd-Denson and the late Lincoln Denson. She grew up attending St. Paul United Methodist church and graduated from Richard King High School. She built a professional career in customer service, working for major companies like American Express and Hulu. No matter her role, Lesheal's warmth, kindness, and signature charm made her beloved by all. Lesheal was a self proclaimed fashionista and you could count on her prioritizing her hair ensuring it was perfectly styled, no matter what life threw her way. She loved Hello Kitty and had a love for perfumes and glasses that bordered on obsession (in the best way). But her best accessory will forever be her big smile and little giggle that had the ability to shield us from her toughest moments while brightening the time we spent with her. She spent time gossiping with her mother, and most importantly, Lesheal's relationship with her adult children was one of love, mutual respect, and friendship and she had a granddaughter who absolutely adored her. We will all miss our interactions and connections with Lesheal. On July 23, 2025, at the age of 56, Lesheal was called home to be with the Lord. While we grieve the loss of her physical presence, we find comfort in knowing she is now at peace and reunited with loved ones who went before her. She is preceded in death by her beloved children Adrienne L. Thomas and Jewan F. Edwards; her father, Lincoln Denson; her maternal grandmother Dollie Blanche Floyd; biological maternal grandmother Odell Webb; paternal grandmother Maggie Denson; maternal aunt Vera Thomas; and cousin Kevin Dunn. Lesheal leaves behind four loving children: Lamarcus Denson, Nakiya Williams, and her twin sons William and Wendell Thomas. She will be deeply missed by her only granddaughter, Corah Bradfield. Her memory will forever be cherished by her mother, Sharon G. Floyd; her brother, Terrance Denson; and her sister, Monica Floyd. She also leaves behind her maternal aunts Laronica Floyd and Alicia Edwards; niece Kiana Haynes; nephew Terrance Denson Jr.; and sister-in-law Kiwana Denson. In addition, she will be lovingly remembered by sisters Courtney Denson and Tamara Denson, uncles, aunts, a host of cousins, extended family, and cherished friends. This is not just a gathering to mourn our beloved Lesheal-it is a celebration of a life that brought joy, light, and love to us all. We take solace in knowing that she is resting in the arms of our Heavenly Father. Though she is no longer with us in body, Lesheal will live on forever in our hearts, memories, and the stories we share.
