Leslie Kirk Harnish, 72
October 17, 1952 – September 25, 2025
Leslie Kirk Harnish, 72, of Cheyenne, WY, passed away on September 25, 2025, after a courageous fight with a prolonged illness.
Kirk was a pharmacist for many, many years. Outside of work, Kirk was an avid golfer and member of the Airport Golf Club. He also loved fishing and camping with his beloved wife and his family.
He is survived by his two sisters-in law, Sherilyn (Alden) Prosser, Cindy Gagnon; brother-in-law, Ron Franzen; nieces, Lisa (Blayn) Tamlin, Lesley (David) Okamoto, Shelli Franzen, Kelly (Nathan) Franzen, Susan (Jason) McCaslin, Abby McCaslin; nephews, Troy Prosser, Todd (Charla) Prosser, Justin Knafelc, Alec McCaslin; and numerous great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Kirk is preceded in death by his wife, Janet Ann Harnish; parents, Leslie & Barbara Harnish; stepdaughter, Joelie Renee` Pando; sisters, Karri McCaslin and Karla Franzen; in-laws, Harold Kennedy, Bob and Louise Bartlett.
Burial will take place at Lakeview Cemetery in Cheyenne, WY. At Kirk’s request, no graveside service will be held.
The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the medical team at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, Davis Hospice Center and Cornerstone Caregiving for their exceptional care and support during Kirk’s final days.
