Leticia R. Rodriguez, lovingly called "Letty," passed away at 35 on Saturday, November 1, 2025. Born October 18, 1990, in Lansing, MI, she spent most of her life there, bringing joy and energy to everyone she met.
Letty showcased her personality through her love of beauty, which included long, colorful nails, bold hair, flawless makeup, and a girly style. Her laughter was often the loudest and most infectious in the room, bringing playfulness everywhere she went. Beyond her vibrant spirit, her father will especially miss her singing with emotion, her lively gestures, and her daily calls to check on him. She always cared deeply about her family and friends.
Letty had a big heart and a big appetite. She was a proud foodie, with favorites like nachos or sopes de carne asada, and nothing compared to an ice-cold cherry Coke or an aloe vera drink. No dessert was complete without her Oreos and whipped cream. In her free time, she enjoyed coloring, journaling, and drawing, and she was a die-hard University of Michigan fan. Her favorite colors-light pink, blue, and yellow-reflected her gentle yet bright spirit.
Most of all, Letty loved her sons deeply. She also admired her mother dearly and remained close to her dad throughout her life.
Letty is survived by her sons, Manuel, Daniel, and Santino Morales; her father, Gerardo Rodriguez; and her siblings: Martina Solis, Amy (Salvador) Rivera, Olivia Reynero, Rudy (Beatriz) Reynero, Ray Reynero, Armando (Laurisa) Rodriguez, and Symon Reynero. She leaves many nieces and nephews, including Xavier Fields, Cristian Garcia, David (Tristyn) Solis, Noelia (Vicente) Vasquez, Annalicia (Nolyn) Castillo, Mariah De Leon, Teo De Leon, Jessica (Caleb) Moffatt, and Alexandria Martinez. She will also be remembered by her special extended family, including Murcia (Bradley) Robinson, Bibiana, and Priscilla Torres, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Jesusa "Susie" Rodriguez.
The family would like to thank Pastors Margarito Mondragon and John A. (Ricky) Lewis for their spiritual support and prayers for Letty.
Letty will be remembered for her laughter, her love, and the lasting joy she brought. Her memory will live on in all who knew her.
