Levi Everett Gray

With broken hearts and unending love, we announce the passing of our dear Levi Everette Gray. Levi left this world to join Jesus on February 17, 2026, much too young. With a short illness, his body was very tired and weak and was called home to be healed by our lord. Levi loved the Lord and was happy to join him. Levi brought light and his unique energy into this world on July 19, 2005.

From a young age, Levi made us look at things differently, in which he had so much passion. He enjoyed nature, especially growing and caring for trees and plants, his favorite the magnolia but sunflowers, passion flowers and orchids and pumpkins were also among his favorites. He enjoyed planting vegetables, fruits, spices and herbs and collecting his bounty. He loved the ocean, going to the beach, playing at parks, and chasing butterflies; He loved their beauty and their freedom. He had amazing art abilities in paper art, pottery, drawing, and painting. He especially loved collecting sculptures, purses, and cosmetics. Levi wanted to pursue a career in make-up art.

Levi was a beloved son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend. He shared a special bond with his family.

Though his time on this earth was far too short, the love he gave and the impact he made on everyone who met him, will last a lifetime. He had a kind and gentle heart.

A celebration of his life will be held at Twiford Funeral Homes, Outer Banks on March 7th at 2:00 pm. A reception will follow the Memorial service at the home of his Grandparents 125 Tower Lane, Kill Devil Hills, NC. Family and friends will gather to honor his memory and share stories of joy that he brought into the lives of so many.

He loved sharing life with others. He will be sadly missed, Forever Loved, forever remembered and forever 20 years young.
