YADKINVILLE - Mr. Lewis Kent Brown, 54, of Country Club Road passed away peacefully, Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born June 18, 1970 in Yadkin County to Alfred Kent and Glenda Gay Childress Brown. Mr. Brown was a talented musician that loved listening, singing, writing, and playing music with his friends and the community. He was preceded in death by his mother, his brother, Eric Brown; and several aunts and uncles. Surviving are his two sons, Justin Lee Brown, Michael Kent Brown; grandchildren, Kaiden Brown, Lexi Taylor, Landon Brown; his former wife, Stephanie Dickens; his father, Alfred Kent Brown; his aunt, Judy Miller; uncle, Steve Childress; and numerous special friends. His memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, November 2, 2024 at Gentry Family Chapel in Yadkinville by Terry Rorie. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 PM on Saturday at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville, which is serving the Brown family.
