So sorry to hear of Frank's passing. I could not believe it when I read it in the paper. Frank was a friend to everyone he met. We will miss him at all the functions with the retired National Guard. I know you and your family will miss him deeply. He was an inspiration to all who knew him. I'm sorry I will not be able to attend his service. May God be with you at this time.

Frank was a great person, everyone who met him knows that. He spent many hours helping me, along with countless others, performing physical security work in the 116th infantry. I never met anyone in my 20 year career more willing to help others. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. God bless
