Liam Richardson, of Port Jervis, NY, died unexpectedly at Bon Secours Community Hospital on January 1, 2024. He was 9 years old.
Liam was born on July 27, 2014 in Middletown to parents James Kyle Richardson III and Tara Cronin.
Liam was a third grade student at ASK Elementary School in Port Jervis, New York.
He had a passion for cars and Spider Man. Liam loved playing outside with his brother and friends, exploring everything the world had to offer.
Liam is survived by his father James Richardson of Middletown, New York and his mother Tara Cronin of Port Jervis, New York, his sister; Annalise Richardson, his twin brother, James Kyle Richardson IV and his grandfather, Neil Cronin of Middletown, New York. He had many aunts, uncles and cousins who loved him dearly.
He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents and his maternal grandmother.
Services for Liam will be held at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, 130 Highland Avenue, Middletown, New York on Friday, January 12, 2024 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM.
Arrangements are under the direction of Apple-McPhillips Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Port Jervis ASPCA.

My deep condolences to Tara, James(father and his twin) and Annalise. I met Tara and her boys shortly after they moved into our neighborhood. I always would see all of them riding their bikes or walking home from school and would talk to them briefly from time to time. So sad, he is so young. Hugs and kisses and please let me know if you need anything, Your Neighbors Connie, John and Aiden.

I didn´t know Liam or his family but I can say he touched my heart when I came across his obituary and my heart immediately went out to his parents and family. I wish there was something I could do but for now I just wish nothing but strength, love and peace going forward.
