Libbie Wicklund, age 91, of Neillsville, WI, died Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Three Oaks Health Services Nursing Home in Marshfield, WI.
Libbie Lydia Wicklund was born in Lynn, WI, on May 12, 1934, the daughter of Anton and Mary Vobora. She attended MayFlower Grade School and graduated from Granton High School. She was united in marriage to Raymond Gluch on February 8, 1953. They farmed until 1973, and then moved into town. Libbie began working as a custodian for the Neillsville School District. Ray died unexpectantly in 1972. Libbie moved to Menomonie, where she continued working as a school custodian. On May 31, 1983 she married Harvey Cockeram. Harvey died in 1997, and Libbie moved back to Neillsville. On October 18, 2003, she married Floyd Wicklund. And lived in Durand, WI until Floyd's death in 2013, when she again moved back to Neillsville and lived in the Ferguson Street apartments.
She is survived by her son, Anthony Gluch of Neillsville.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, a daughter-in-law, Susan Gluch, her parents, brothers Anton, James, Frank, George and Stanley Vobora, sisters Marie Gross, Agnes Gross, Josephine Bartlett, and Angela Garbisch.
A private graveside service at the Neillsville City Cemetery will be held.
The Gesche Funeral Home is assisting Libbie's family with funeral arrangements.
