Lillian Ruth Buzzo, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 3, 2025, in Morgantown, WV at the age of 80. Born on October 21, 1944, in Lake City, TN, to the late Charles and Elise Braden Moore, Lillian's spirit and tenacity were kindled amongst the rolling hills of her childhood home.

Lillian was predeceased by her loving parents; her husband, Otis "Ted" Buzzo; siblings, Susan Hinesman, Jay Moore, Boyd Moore, and Ronnie Moore; and cherished grandchildren, Caitlyn Buzzo and Cody Buzzo.

She is survived by her daughter, Sherry Rose (Mark Turner); sons, Robbie (Patty), Frankie (Karla), and Randy Buzzo (Rachael); sisters, Charlene Daugherty and Mary Mayernik; brother, Larry Moore; and numerous grandchildren, including Christine Sawyer, Robbie Buzzo, Jr., Dylan Buzzo, Hannah Buzzo, Mo Buzzo, Corey Buzzo, Chelsea Arnold, Tommy McGilton, Andrew Rose, Brogie Rose, and Lillian Darling, as well as a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Throughout her life, Lillian embraced her entrepreneurial spirit and owned several businesses, eventually retiring from Ruby Memorial as a respected nutrition specialist. Her work not only showcased her expertise but also her unwavering dedication to improving the lives of others through healthier living.

Lillian's interests painted the picture of a life rich with joy and a passion for the small pleasures. She was a woman who found as much delight in the precision of embroidery and the intricacies of crocheting as she did in traveling the world and discovering its varied cultures and traditions. Time with her family was her most treasured possession, and memories of laughs shared, stories told, and love multiplied will be cherished by all who knew her. Her favorite child, feline companion, Oliver, brought her immense comfort and laughter in her quiet moments.

Lillian will always be remembered for the strength of her character, the warmth of her presence, and the love she bestowed so freely on everyone around her. Her enduring legacy will be the family she nurtured, the friends she cherished, and the countless lives she touched with her generous spirit and boundless energy.

In honoring Lillian's wishes her services were private and entombment took place in the Beverly Hills Mausoleum. McCulla Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements and online condolences may be sent to the family at www. McCulla.com
