Lillian Mary (Weeks) Griffin, 98 years old, of
Wenatchee, WA died in Blossom Valley Assisted Living on January 6, 2026.
Lillian was born in
Deposit, New York in 1927 to George and Rose Weeks. In Deposit, she and her sister enjoyed the many blessings of growing up in a tight-knit, small town. Lillian graduated from Deposit Central High School before moving to Albany, New York to attend Mildred Elley Secretarial School. She began her secretarial career with Building Industry Employers' Association.
Lillian married her husband, Jack, in July 1951; together they built a most beautiful marriage and family.
Lillian lived a full, loving, and rich life. She and Jack frequently moved due to his employment with the General Electric Company. They lived in London, England for a couple of years and traveled extensively throughout Europe. After Jack's death, she moved to Wenatchee. Here, she enjoyed the social life, especially golfing at the Wenatchee Country Club. While playing a round of golf at the WCC, she hit a memorable hole-in-one, a feat that delighted both her and her children. But her life was centered around the beautiful faith community of St. Joseph's Church.
Lillian is survived by her three children: Kevin, Karen and Thomas. Additionally, she has eight grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren: Brian and Anne Reisenauer (Elle, Ernest, and Alice), Fr. Augustine M. Reisenauer, O.P., Danny and Katie Reisenauer (Brooks and Liv), Megan Griffin and Terry Holbrook (Katherine and Margaret), Erin Griffin, and Jack and Rebekah Griffin (Lucy, Benjamin, and Charles). She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Alice (Weeks) Glenning, her beloved husband Jack, and her two grandchildren Clay Griffin and Natalie Griffin (Lillie, Ellie, Linc, RJ.).
