It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lillian Annette McKeehan, born on April 27, 1936, in Barbourville, Kentucky. Lillian departed this world peacefully on August 31, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and the appreciation of life's simple pleasures.

A devoted beautician, Lillian dedicated herself to bringing joy to others through her craft, transforming not only appearances but also spirits. While she found fulfillment in her work, her true joy came from the moments spent with family and friends, whether it was gardening in her cherished home in Milford, Ohio, or exploring the beautiful landscapes across the country alongside her beloved husband. Lillian delighted in camping on their property in Kentucky, where laughter and stories were shared under the stars.

Lillian was a proud member of Sharon Baptist Church, where she nurtured her spiritual life and made lasting friendships. She embodied the values of grace and generosity, always showing kindness to those around her. Her unwavering love for her family was evident, especially to her two grandsons, James Lewis and Thomas Wayne McKeehan, and she took great pride in her role as a mother to her son, Ronald W. (Kim) McKeehan, and sister to her dear brother, Jim (Phyllis) McKeehan.

Lillian's family will gather to honor her memory with a visitation at Evans Funeral Home in Milford on Monday, September 8, 2025, beginning at 11:00 AM. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 PM, where friends and family will come together to celebrate her life, recount cherished memories, and share their love for a remarkable woman who touched many lives. Burial will follow in Graceland Memorial Gardens. In the quiet moments that follow her burial, her family and friends will reflect on the abundant love she gave and the simple joys she cherished.

As we remember Lillian, let us carry forward her spirit of kindness and appreciation for life's small wonders, ensuring her legacy of love continues to shine brightly in our hearts.

Lillian was preceded in death by: her parents Chester and Lizzie Cheek, husband Thomas James McKeehan, sister Peg Gleda Sipe, and brother John E. Cheek.
