Lillian M. Starratt (Collins) age 79, a longtime resident of Brockton, passed away on June 12, 2025, at Charlton Hospital in Fall River. She was the wife of the late Paul D. Starratt.
Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Marion (MacDowell) Collins.
She worked as a finance manager for Self Help Fuel Assistance for many years before retiring.
Lillian was caring and full of character. She had a great sense of humor.
Mrs. Starratt enjoyed camping, playing slot machines, bingo, most of all loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She leaves her son Joseph J. Starratt of Plymouth; a brother Frederick Collins; four grandchildren, Teresa Caricchio, Blake Starratt, Sophia Starratt, and Ava Starratt; three great grandchildren, Ashleigh, Stephen and Hunter Feist; and a special niece, Cheryl Willette. Lillian was the mother of the late Eric Starratt and sister of the late Roy Collins and Judy Groves.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to visit with Lillian’ s family on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, at Sowiecki-Snyder Home for Funerals & Cremation Services, 69 West Britannia Street, Taunton. Her committal service and interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, N Cary Street, Brockton.
