With great sadness, we share the passing of Lillian Weirauch, who departed this life on November 3, 2025 at the age of 98. She passed peacefully, surrounded by loved ones.

Lil was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother known for her warmth, generosity and dedication to family. She touched the lives of many with her kindness and quiet strength.

Born in Chicago, IL, Lil spent her life building a legacy of love and resilience. She found joy in baking and gardening. Her presence was a gift, and the memories created will be treasured by all who knew her.

Lil is survived by Patricia (Wayne) Tasic, Loretta (Art) Zielke and Susan (Steve) Griesman, dear grandmother of Diane (Jonathan) Logan-Tasic, Sarah (Neil) Miller, Heather (Bill) Wakeford, Michael (Ashley) Zielke, Mark (Megan) Griesman, and Katie (Ryan) Martin, great grandmother of Austin Escobedo, Mia Zielke, Mabel Miller, Paisley Zielke, Moses Miller, Beckham Zielke, Cole Zielke, Reagan Griesman, Tyler Wakeford, Travis Wakeford, Millicent Miller, Tulsa Zielke, and Carter Martin. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Lydia Ondracek, and former spouse, Robert G. Weirauch.

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 from 3 P.M. to time of Service 6 P.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home, 9445 31st Street, Brookfield, IL. All who knew her are welcome to join in celebrating her life.

She will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of everyone whose life she touched.

A Private Family Interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery, Forest Park.
