Lillie (Blondie) Maud Ledbetter Martin, age 95, of New Waverly,
Texas, left this earth on Saturday, December 28, 2024, and now rests
in the arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ. She was born May 7, 1929, in
Comanche, Texas, to parents Charles A. Ledbetter and Molissie
Oletha Newton Ledbetter, who preceded her in death, along with her
loving husband, Floyd (Lucky) Edward Martin; her siblings, Eddie
Ledbetter, Earl Ledbetter, Minnie Ledbetter Munson, Alice Ledbetter
Brown and Berta Ledbetter Plotts; her grandson and great grandson.
She is survived by her children Wayne Martin of Gatesville, Texas,
Carroll Martin of Lometa, Texas, Beverly Martin McPherson and
husband Reggie of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, Debi Martin Harrell and
husband Johnny of New Waverly, Texas, Kenneth Martin and wife
Michelle of Lometa, Texas, and Cynthia Martin Thigpen of New
Waverly, Texas; grandchildren, Stacy Early and husband Nathan,
Michael Martin, Jason Martin, Melodi Martin, Cristopher Brister and
husband Camron, Angela Emberton and husband Roger, Pamela
Walden and husband David, David McPherson and wife Bobbie,
Kevin McPherson and fiancé Destiny Copass, Terry Harrell and wife
Lisa, Suzi Guerra and husband Jay, Sam Thigpen, James Thigpen,
numerous great and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews,
special friends, Annette Eary, Connie Burnette, Gina Polston and Ric
Perez; numerous other relatives and friends.
At this time, there will be no service or burial ceremony.
