The Life Remembering Services for Miss Whitaker have been thoughtfully arranged to honor her extraordinary journey. These services will take place on the evening of Friday, October 10, 2025. A heartfelt visitation from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the chapel of S. Jones Funerals and Cremations. At 6:00 PM, an Inspirational Wake will commence, celebrating a remarkable 102 years of her Legacy of Love-a legacy woven with compassion, wisdom, and an indelible impact on all who were fortunate enough to know her.
The family will climax her Life Remembrance with a "Loving Farewell Ceremony" at 1 pm, Saturday, October 11, 2025, in the sanctuary of the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.
Miss Whitaker's earthly remains will be laid to rest in the Enfield Memorial Cemetery.
