Faye Jaquith, 81, passed away on August 2nd, 2024, surrounded by her family. Faye was born on June 12th, 1943, in Anadarko, Oklahoma to Jack and Jessie Reese. Her family moved to California when she was 3 years old.
Faye attended Ord Bend Elementary School and graduated from Hamilton High School in 1961. A few years after graduating from high school, she married the love of her life, Glenn Jaquith, on April 5th, 1963. During 59 years of marriage, she had two daughters, three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. She loved her family. They were the most important thing in her life.
Faye had many hobbies through the years. She loved to sew, crochet, read, spend time in her yard where she grew the most beautiful flowers, and driving the countryside taking photographs. Her most loved hobby was spoiling her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Faye was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Glenn Jaquith, her brother Bill Reese, and sister Wanda Jones. She is survived by her children Jackie (Steve) Paillon and Terri Finch of Orland, California, grandsons Michael and Kevin Paillon of Orland, California, granddaughter Brittney Finch of Lincoln, California, and great-grandchildren Leah and Ashton Paillon of Orland, California.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, August 22nd, 2024, from 12-4pm at the Sweet-Olsen Family Mortuary Chapel located at 825 A Street, Orland, California, 95963.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, August 23rd, 2024, at 10:30am at I.O.O.F. Cemetery located at 3900 County Road P, Orland, California, 95963.
Arrangements are held under the direction of Sweet-Olsen Family Mortuary.
