Hey Lilly, I've already said everything I needed to say to you privately, life has been so much harder without you and I miss you so damn much. Happy Birthday, I wish we could have celebrated it again this year, but plans have been altered. I hope wherever you are you are finally smiling and happy, waiting for us to come see you again. Until next time, I love you so much.

When Lilly was born, she was born with so much hair! The majority of babies in my family are born with very fine or very little blond hair if any at all. She was born with a head full of dark hair and blonde tips, which I had never seen before. When my mother, her grandmother first saw her she joked that God must have given her highlights ( my mother was a hairdresser). She was the most beautiful baby I had ever seen and I was in love with her instantly. She had so much hair that, since we could not cut it since she was an infant and my mother was worried about her getting hurt, we had to put her front hair in a ponytail to keep it out of her eyes and sometimes her tiny little fingers would grab a hold of it and she would pull her hair and she would cry. Lilly grew up into a beautiful, kind, and brilliant young woman and I was so proud of her. She made me smile every day of her life. She brought so much joy into my life that I am unsure how to go without her. Every morning I would get us up at 6 AM and we would drive to the bus stop ( Lewis and Clark Middle School) at 6:40 every school day. Every morning I got 20 minutes of just the two of us and I would sometimes tell her dad jokes to get her to smile, only a couple of them did, most of the time she would roll her eyes at me though. She loved going to Hot Topic and the mall. She loved hanging out with her friends and she loved stuffies. For Valentine's Day, I went to Walmart as soon as I got off of work and I found a large stuffed rainbow rabbit. When I brought it home to her she smiled and thanked me, she said she loved it and she had a rough day and said I made her day with that rabbit. It's the last gift I ever gave her. I will miss her every day for the rest of my life. My heart is missing a huge piece, that only she can fill. I love you so much, Lilly! I miss you so much! I cry multiple times a day for you. Please be happy where ever you are and I hope to see you again someday.
Love you bunches,
Mom

Im not really sure where to even begin, Lilly was a childhood friend of mines growing up and a had a huge impact on my life, we used to talk everyday and she confided a lot of her struggles and burdens to me, I spoke to her hours before she passed and honestly I can't really believe she is gone, I miss her so much, we had a lot of fights and disagreement and fell out several times but despite that I knew that I could count on her and it was the same back, I'll never forget all the art we made, the stories you inspired me to write, and every game we ever played together, you were a first of many things for me and I just wish you were still here to share many more first memories, Love you Forever, may your soul rest easy.

I met Lilly in elementary school; we went to Ustick Elementary School together. She was shy and kept to herself and i made it my life goal to befriend her and we spent many years together, we were very close, had our ups and downs but she always had a special place in my heart, and she was very special to me. I loved her dearly and still do; I think of her all the time. her laugh was everything, you didn't hear it often but it's something you never forget once you heard it out of her, every time she walked into a room, she would fill it with joy and laughter and did everything in her power to make her friends happy. She was the kindest, funniest, caring person I've ever met, and she has made an impact on my life that I will never forget.

I went to Middle School and High School with Lilly. Throughout my time knowing her, I had always noticed her talents in sketching, and how intelligent she was, especially in Health Occupations. She was always kind, and her laugh would always fill up the room with happiness.
