Linda Anderson Obituary
Linda J. Anderson (nee Few), age 70, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, July 15, 2024.
Linda was born in Chicago, IL on February 19, 1954. She was a devoted mother and wife. She worked at Riverwood Elementary School as a speech language pathologist until she retired to become a stay-at-home mother after traveling to China to adopt her daughters. She was an active member in her community often volunteering at the Crystal Lake Food Pantry.
Linda is survived by her beloved husband of 34 years, Gary Anderson; daughters, Hannah and Bethany Anderson.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Celia Few.
A visitation for Linda will be held from 10am until the time of services at 11am on Friday July 19, 2024, at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave. (Rte. 176), Crystal Lake, IL 60014.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Linda can be made to the Crystal Lake Food Pantry https://www.clfoodpantry.org/ or Informed Choices https://informedchoices.org/.
