Linda Diehl Bier, born on January 11, 1961, in New Brighton, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2024, in Melbourne Beach, Florida. Her life illuminated those around her and her memory will be cherished long after her passing.
Linda was born to Jane Bryan Diehl and Ronald Wayne Diehl. She attended Blackhawk High School in Beaver County. After graduating, Linda briefly attended Penn State Beaver prior to beginning her journey in nursing. She attended Washington School of Nursing, earning her RN qualifications. Her dedication to the medical field led her to pursue further education at Waynesburg College, where she obtained both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Throughout her career as a Case Manager, Linda was recognized for her professionalism, kindness, and ambition. Her colleagues admired her commitment to the nursing profession and the compassionate care she gave to each of her patients.
Linda's legacy is one of kindness, ambition, and joy. She found joy in continually bettering herself and took great pleasure in playing chess, learning new things, traveling to new places, and cherishing moments spent with her beloved family. Linda is survived by her loving daughters, Holly Bier and Heather Lu, as well as her cherished grandchildren, Elliot Lu and Elsie Lu. Her family was her pride and joy, and she loved every moment spent together.
A memorial service to honor Linda's life will be held at the Community Chapel of Melbourne Beach, located at 500 Ocean Ave, Melbourne Beach, FL 32951. The service will commence on July 17th at 11 AM. In honor of Linda's graceful spirit, the family kindly requests that flowers be sent to the Community Chapel of Melbourne Beach.
Linda Diehl Bier will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and a dedicated professional who touched many lives. Her warmth, ambition, and enduring love for her family will be deeply missed but will forever remain in the hearts of those she loved and who loved her.

Linda, I miss you and wish you were still here. You loved your daughters, Heather and Holly-I know that you loved them dearly. We spent over 30 years together and I wouldn't trade one of them for all the treasures in the world. I miss you and never wanted to say that I am so glad we met in Dallas and made amends. Pease be with you and God Bless.
