Linda Ann Brehme passed away in the comfort of her home, at the age of 63, on December 12, 2022. She was born in Jersey City, New Jersey, on December 1, 1959, where she spent her childhood, creating fond memories with her parents, Geraldine Bryn, and Stanley Bryn, cousins, grandparents, and extended family.
When she began working at the Forked River County Bakery, she met Allan David Brehme, whom she married, and spent the rest of her life with. They adored and treasured each other for the 37 years they were married. They raised 5 children, Holly, Kasey, Tara, Alan, and Emily.
Linda enjoyed working at the Ocean County Library for many years up until her retirement.
There are no words to describe the wonderful, caring, and strong person Linda was. She loved the smallest things in life, and believed every person, and every animal, deserved every ounce of love you could give. Her love for animals had no bounds, from picking worms off sidewalks, raising chickens in her backyard, and rescuing her cats, she adored and cared for every creature, no matter how big or small. She adored her family, and was a devoted, and loving mother and grandmother. Her love and admirable dedication to her family will be carried on in the hearts of everyone blessed to have been loved by her.
Linda was a lover of history, such as the Sinking of the Titanic, the Salem Witch Trials. She enjoyed visiting educational places on family vacations, such as the Niagara Falls, Salem Massachusetts, and Cape May.
Linda fought Glioblastoma for 5 years, never faulting, and never backing down. She beat the odds over and over again and was a living miracle. Those who knew her know that her willpower and strength was fueled by her desire to be here for her family. She was strong, and resilient until the end.
She is loved, and will be forever missed by her husband Allan Brehme, her sons Kasey Brehme and Alan Brehme. Her daughters Holly Baglieri, Tara Nadler, and Emily Brehme. Her grandchildren Aiden, Ainsley, Kyleigh, Laura, Evan, Cora, Sage, and Bryn. Her mother Geraldine Bryn, and many more.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 10AM to 11AM at the Carmona-Bolen Funeral Home, 412 Main Street, Toms River, NJ 08753. Burial will immediately follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ.

My deepest condolences.
I had the pleasure of working with Linda for many years at the Ocean County Library.
She was a genuinely kind person all around, and I enjoyed our work days together and the laughs we shared. She always spoke of her love for her family and how blessed she was. She was truly a one of a kind soul.

My condolences to the Brehme Family, I want to let you all know that working with Linda at the Ocean County Library was such a pleasure. She was a beautiful soul. I met this summer at the Shoprite while she was shopping, I was elated. I really loved working along side
Linda. The day was always better. I will miss her very much. My love to all.
