Rudy proudly served his country in the United States Army before obtaining a Doctorate in Chemistry. He went on to establish a successful career as a Chemist for Ciba-Geigy in Toms River, NJ.
He is reunited in Heaven with his beloved wife Theresa A. Ballina, his sons Michael and Joseph Ballina, his parents Narciso and Lina (Riccadonna) Ballina, and his sister Cora Barbieri.
Rudy will be forever held and cherished in the hearts of his loving family, his son Stephen and his wife Jennifer Ballina, his son Anthony and his wife Andrea Ballina, his daughter Annette and her husband Dennis Stacknick, brother George and his wife Barbara Ballina, eight grandchildren: Alyssa, Christopher, Aaron, Giovanni, Matthew, Luke, Darren, and William as well as many beloved nieces and nephews and friends.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, September 19, 2025, from 10am to 12pm at the Carmona Bolen Home for Funerals, 412 Main St., Toms River, NJ. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at the funeral home at 12pm. Interment will follow to St. Joseph Cemetery, 80 Cedar grove Rd., Toms River, NJ. Condolences may be expressed to the family by visiting www.carmonabolenfh.com.
