Linda Jo Cameron

Linda Jo Cameron, 64 of Richwood, died Thursday November 13, 2025 at the Memorial Hospital in Marysville.

She was born May 7, 1961 in Delaware to the late William Kermit and Shirley (Bailey) Deel. She was also preceded in death by her son, Jack Rice and brothers in law, Jerry and Larry Cameron.

Linda was a 1979 graduate of Delaware Hayes High School. She had worked at the Marysville Kroger for 12 yrs. She also had attended the Claibourne UM Church.

Linda enjoyed crocheting, camping, taking care of her horses and spending time with her special dog, Toby.

But most of all, Linda was a family person, she and Danny were a pair, both looking out for each other. Her family was so important to her.

Surviving is her husband, Danny Cameron, they were married March 6, 1988 in Delaware. Also surviving is her son, Jason (Jennifer) Rice of Green Camp

Sister, Donna Hostetter of Waynesfield and half sister, Sheila Oquinn of Virginia and half brother, Johnny Deel of Virginia
In laws, Jaren (Nick) Sewald, Marion, Terry and Gary Cameron, both of Richwood

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday November 19, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood. Rev. Carl Shaefer will officiate. Burial will follow in the Claibourne Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday from 5-7 pm at the funeral home in Richwood.
