Sis Linda J. (Miller) Clark age 71 of Baker, Florida passed away Wednesday June 18, 2025 at the North Okaloosa Medical Center, Crestview, FL.
She was a lifelong resident of Baker Florida. She was educated at Drew Elementary School in Baker, Florida; Carver Hill School in Crestview Florida; and Baker School, where she graduated in 1972. She later married Jerome Clark, and to that union, one son was born.
She was a loving caregiver to her mother, Pinkie Miller, until her mother's death. She worked during her life in textiles; Okaloosa County School Board for 20 years until she retired. She was also a long-time employee of Wal-Mart in Crestview.
She dedicated her life to the Lord and at an early age was baptized and became a faithful member of Lebanon Missionary Baptist Church in Baker Florida until her death. She loved the Lord and loved going to church, and she even taught Bible School on occasion.
She was a loving and devoted mother to her only son and to her grandchildren who lovingly called her MeMe. If she wasn't at home, she was there with them or helping out friends. She loved to help anyone she could. If she could do it, she'd do it. If she had it and you needed it, you could have it. She will surely be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother: James Lester Miller and Pinkie (Malone) Miller. A brother James L. Miller Jr. Her grandparents and great-grandparents.
She leaves to cherish her memory her only son Andre (Jessica) Clark of Baker Florida, her grandchildren:Angelique (Alex) Kopp, Ceeaira Clark, Malachi Clark, Hailey Morris, Ameria Tyler, and Nehamiya Clark. one sister: Sharon (Joe) Larry of Crestview Florida, two brothers: Tony (Beverly) Miller of Killeen Texas, and Jeffrey Miller of Baker Florida; one Uncle: Donell Malone of New Jersey; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She will truly be missed by all.
