Linda Lee (Welch) Crane passed peacefully on Sunday, January 8, 2023, surrounded by family. Linda was born on June 2, 1945, in Sault Sainte Marie, MI.
Linda is survived and will be greatly missed by her loving husband Richard of 58 years; and her children, Lori (Michael) Bramble, Richard (Andrea) Crane and Jodi (Thomas) Cook. Forever cherished and remembered by her nine grandchildren, Zachary (Nicole) Bramble, Mikayla (Jake) Chandler, Richard, Derek, Cyle (Michaela) Crane, Jarrett, Tyler, Kurtis Feltis and Ethan Cook. Great grandchildren Emmitt and Zoey Bramble. Linda is Survived by her brother Jay (Brenda) Welch and Wayne Welch, numerous nieces, and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
Linda was predeceased by her father Wayne her mother Anita, her sister Debbie, and sister-in-law Charlene Welch.
Linda was a fun-loving, faithful, loyal and a caring person. She was an excellent cook and baker, and her apple pies will be greatly missed. Her legacy will carry on forever reminding us that we control our life of meaningful acts of love and service, like Christ modeled for us.
There are no words that can express how grateful and blessed we are to our family and friends who have supported us throughout her journey home. Also, a heartfelt thank you to the Dr. Timothy Tetzlaff, Hearthside Assisted Living and the Helen Ball Hospice House for their compassion and steadfast care that was provided.
Visitation and memorial service will be Saturday, January 14, 2023, at Fundamental Baptist Church, 3255 M-80, Kinross Charter Twp, MI 49752. Visitation is from 10:00 am to noon with the memorial service immediately following. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes memorial contributions to be sent to Hospice of the EUP.
