She was born and raised in Jersey City to Pasquale and Olga (Husni) Pipi. Linda has lived in Parsippany since 1987.
If you remember the family business, Pipi's Restaurant, you may remember her as the "coat-check girl". Linda graduated from St Michael's High School in Jersey City and then from Drake Secretarial School. She went on to work for Teamsters Local 11, then at home to raise her family. She joined the Parsippany Board of Education in 1987, then became a Principal's Secretary for many years before retiring for the East Hanover Board of Education.
She is pre-deceased by her father Pasquale, her mother Olga, and brother John.
Survivors include her loving husband of 50 years Salvatore, daughter Jennifer, brother Pasquale, sister Katherine (Daniel) Rudden, and brother James (Cathy). Linda is also survived by nieces Katherine Rudden, Erica Pipi, nephew Pasquale Pipi, and two grandchildren.
Services are private and under the direction of the Par-Troy Funeral Home 95 Parsippany Road Parsippany (973) 887-3235.
