Linda DuBois Diffley, 71, of Mountainview Ave., Hurley, died Friday, Oct. 25, 2024 at her home. She was born Sept. 3, 1953 in Kingston, the daughter of the late Helen Erts DuBois and David Ward DuBois, and husband Barry Diffley.
She had been employed at Metropolitan Life Insurance Co for many years. She loved her family and neighbors. Surviving is her sister Lisa (Leland) Richardson of Raleigh, N.C. and a nephew, Jared (Chelsey) Richardson of Eatontown, NJ. Linda loved her King Charles Cavalier, Bella.
Entrusted to the care of Keyser Carr Simpson Hammerl Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston where friends will be received on Friday, Nov 1, from 2pm to 3pm. At 3pm, a memorial service will be conducted by Pastor Brooke Taylor. Inurnment will be at Grahamsville Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Ulster County SPCA at www.ucspca.org or St. Jude’s Children's Research Hospital at www.stjude.org.
