Linda Carol Blake Eisenbart, age 78, of Cherryvale, Kansas, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2025. Born on July 28, 1947, in Cherryvale, Kansas, she was the daughter of Walter Vernon and Mabel Mae Blake. Linda joined the First Baptist Church of Cherryvale in 1954 and graduated from Labette County Community High School in Altamont, Kansas, in 1965.
Throughout her life, Linda worked as a bookkeeper for Sears Roebuck, Taylor Plumbing, and Clifton Trucking. Her hobbies included crocheting, knitting, quilting, tole painting, and embroidery, which she enjoyed immensely.
She is survived by her daughter, Lainie Johnston Goad; son-in-law, John Goad; grandchildren, Jared Austin Richardson and Jensen Mae Richardson, all of Owasso, Oklahoma; and her sister, Bonnie Kay Leahew; and many cousins, nieces and nephews of the Blake Family.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Donald Erwin Blake, Vernon Ray Blake, and Johnny Albert Blake; and sisters, Patricia Colleen Liles and Syvia Ann Gibson.
Known for her spirited personality and deep love for her family, Linda will be greatly missed. She requested to be cremated and expressed her wish to forgo a funeral service. In lieu of flowers, please consider a small donation to The Journey Home in Dewey, Oklahoma in Linda's name. Services are under the care of Potts Chapel.
